Transportation

Flying

We will work with you to book your flight.  All participants flying will land at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) during a designated time (TBD).   Our chaperons will meet the students at their gate to escort them back to Waterloo.

Driving

If a parent/guardian is driving the student to Waterloo you will be asked to drop the student off at REV during a specific window of time (TBD).  Chaperons will be at REV to greet the student and help get them settled.   REV is located at the northwest corner of the University of Waterloo campus. Parents/guardians driving a student will be reimbursed $0.40/km with a minimum of 50km. Anything below 50km cannot be reimbursed.

Getting a Ride

If a student is within driving distance but needs a ride to Waterloo IQC can arrange that with a local chauffeur service.
