Krister Shalm presented much more than a "talk" at TEDxWaterloo last March.

With the help of a magician, a live jazz band and literally hundreds of dancers from around the world, the IQC postdoctoral fellow orchestrated a boisterous and truly original exploration of quantum science.

A quantum optics researcher at IQC by day and an avid Lindy Hopper by night, Shalm crafted a fascinating and crowd-pleasing journey that seamlessly bridged his two passions.

See for yourself!
